ELLE & CO. serves organizations as they seek to align themselves for growth and has led efforts to drive complex culture change initiatives including diversity and inclusion, talent engagement, enhancing customer experience journeys and scaling process infrastructure. LaRiche Wilson founded the Atlanta-based firm based on her passion for project leadership and promoting change initiatives in the human capital space. With the goal of providing thought leadership and serving as a strategic partner; ELLE & CO. works closely with clients to:

Examples of consulting work include:

  • Serving as a DEI Partner to organizations desiring to introduce & implement a Diversity Strategy along with Programming and/or enhancing their current Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts.

  • Working with clients to build Inclusion Programs from the ground-up including developing DEI Committees, Working Groups and establishing ERG’s.

  • Developing and implementing an executive leadership pipeline program for senior level women across P&L’s and functions.

  • Establishing, scaling and managing the process infrastructure for a major recruiting initiative and ensuring timely project execution.

  • Partnering with senior executives to develop organizational structures and engagement plans focused on strategy, capability, talent management, retention and culture.

  • Designing global communications strategies and project plans for 100K+ executives, managers and employees across multiple countries in support of business-wide change initiatives.

  • Leading a business-wide web implementation project for a $30B business with a global audience of 100K+ employees.

  • Executing full change management lifecycle deliverables including: Stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, sponsorship plans, communication plans, and learning strategies in support of culture and retention initiatives.

LaRiche D. Wilson

Principal Consultant & Certified Sherpa Executive Coach

LaRiche began her career with GE Capital working in a variety of roles including Marketing, Learning & Development and HR. She spent much of her time increasing her acumen for staffing, employee relations and driving career development and diversity initiatives. She joined GE's HR team in 2001 in the Energy Rentals business where she supported the staffing and recruitment process for over 3K employees.

In 2003, LaRiche joined Fulton County as a Project/Program Manager where she developed and implemented an internship program for top-performing high school students interested in the healthcare field. While there, she built relationships with the Department of Education and C-Suite level leaders at Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta Medical Center and the Fulton County Department of Health & Wellness. After two years in the non-profit world; LaRiche assumed a leadership role as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Per-Se Technologies (later McKesson) supporting a business of 6K employees. She was instrumental in designing and implementing a web-based applicant tracking system (Taleo) for the organization and streamlining the staffing, compliance and vendor management processes.  

In the spring of 2007, LaRiche re-joined GE as the Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager. She was responsible for the implementation and execution of key diversity initiatives supporting a $30B business with more than 100K employees globally. In 2011, she was promoted into a Senior Development role with expanded responsibility for leading Organization and Talent Development initiatives while continuing to lead Diversity & Inclusion efforts. In her expanded role, she focused on creating and facilitating a number of retention and executive pipeline development programs. Most recently, she worked as a Senior HR Business Partner with Stanley Black & Decker. After making the move back to Atlanta, LaRiche worked as an independent diversity consultant, change strategist and project manager for both multinational firms and start-up organizations. LaRiche joined Tenneco, Inc. in 2021 as a global Talent Management director where she currently leads global talent development and engagement initiatives across three regions with over employees.

As an INROADS Alum and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Ms. Wilson has given her time to mentoring students and promoting the importance of lifelong learning and personal and professional development. She holds a Project Management Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University. LaRiche is a Sherpa Certified Executive Coach and Certified facilitator in both Communication Team Effectiveness (CTE) and Team Leader Assimilations (TLA). In her spare time, she enjoys dance, photography, connecting like-minded people, hiking and traveling abroad. She’s is also an avid volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
